About the role
As part of the floor team, you'll help guests settle in, look after tables and work closely with colleagues to make evenings run smoothly.
What you'll do
- Welcome guests and provide clear, friendly service throughout their visit.
- Look after tables, take or assist with orders and respond to guest requests.
- Coordinate with bar and other floor colleagues during service.
- Keep guest areas clean, tidy and ready for the next arrival.
- Support the team in delivering attentive, calm hospitality during busy periods.

This is an on-site hospitality role at Amica Soho in central London. The venue operates in the evenings and late into the night; individual shifts, hours, pay and contractual terms will be discussed during recruitment.
