About the role

Working at the bar means making guests feel welcome, keeping service running smoothly and taking pride in every detail of the drinks experience.

What you'll do

• Prepare and serve drinks in line with the venue's menu and service standards.
• Welcome guests at the bar and help them choose drinks.
• Keep bar stations, glassware and service areas clean, organised and ready for service.
• Work with colleagues on the floor to support attentive service during busy periods.
• Follow safe and responsible alcohol service practices.

This is an on-site hospitality role at Amica Soho in central London. The venue operates in the evenings and late into the night; individual shifts, hours, pay and contractual terms will be discussed during recruitment.
